Harvest: May be trapped, netted or caught with a line and hook.
Treatment: Needs to be killed and cleaned, will require a suitable place with running potable water and suitable treatment for the effluent. Storage in a refrigerator required or may be cured with smoke.
Use: Food for human or other carnivores eg dogs and cats. Offal may be carefully composted for rich fertiliser.
